  Have had many issues for quite some time. One thing after another. Quite a while back we spoke highly of them, now it's time to move on. Refi agent at the branch are not informed on their own loan offers! Automatic transfers are to be done automatically do not happen and you are not notified. My mortgage depends on this!!!!! Stay far away.

  Worst Credit Union. Way behind on technology. I'd rather switch to a more reputable bank, will be closing my account. Not compatible with most pay sites and some companies are unable to set up ACH transaction with them.

  The staff at Cabrillo are so friendly. Victoria is always friendly and courteous to me. Banking is not one of my strong points in life. She makes me feel at ease. She has a wonderful personality. Thank you Victoria ❤️. I must not forget the other staff members. They treat each customer with care and a smile. I have been a member since 1990s . Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

  I saved $71 a month on my auto purchase loan! Even with a great credit score, rates were high for a 2013 model and over 100k miles. Got down to a 4.40% from 6.99% with Cabrillo. Jessica Lowe did a stellar job helping get the loan done within the option contract 7 day window I had with the Lexus dealer. Even with a holiday down day she was able to get me switched over with great communication through it. Getting my membership and account setup was simple using the website. I did this a couple of weeks prior to the auto purchase. Very happy customer so far and highly recommend for lower auto financing rates

  I've been a customer of CCU for years and don't have one complaint. In fact, I moved to Kentucky and they are still my bank. Highly recommend them.

  CCU is an amazing banking institution; not like your typical large institution. I am recognized immediately when I enter the La Mesa branch. I’ve banked with CCU for over 15 years. They have funded my cars, my child’s education, my home repairs when i has a flood, and many other emergencies. They have always been there when I needed them most. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

  I do most of my banking with Cabrillo specifically this location. The tellers and loan officers here are top tier. I've never had an issue and have always left happier than when i arrived.
