She basically helped me to get my mortgage refinanced when others never returned my calls and emails.   Gary Goldstein has been with us since the purchase of our home in Hawai’i in 2016 and our most recent refinance. Gary made the process extremely smooth and made what is a stressful time of purchasing a home/refinancing an extremely easy process. When it came time to refinance I knew exactly who to contact! Being a military member and using VA loan, Gary was an expert and walked us through the entire process and was extremely accommodating with the hundreds of questions we threw at him. Bottom line I would recommend C2 and Gary to anyone in the market for assistance with a home loan.

  We were introduced to Jason Taira at C2 by our real-estate agent early in our house hunting journey. Where others had told us “no, your situation will make it difficult to get financing,” Jason calmly said “no worries, I’ve worked with situations like yours before.” We soon learned that Jason is one of the most competent and hardworking people we have met in any industry, who not only has the ability to just make things happen, but also takes the time to truly understand his clients. Jason is much more than a mortgage broker; his experience in real estate, as well as his local knowledge of the island, make him an invaluable resource to have on your side. Jason worked tirelessly through issues that others would just throw up their hands and say “it is too hard.” Together we explored documents dating back over 130 years just to make sure the facts were accurate and we felt comfortable. With Jason we felt like no stone was unturned and no concern we had was ever left unaddressed. In the final stages of closing, new documents were presented to us by a third party that made us feel uneasy, Jason identified the issue for what it was and immediately contacted the third party and rectified the issue. In fact, the outcome was better than what we started with. Jason not only does his own job to perfection, but he makes sure everyone else involved is doing their job as well. We did not expect to meet such an outstanding person when we first met Jason, but we are very grateful we did. We truly do not think we would be living where we are today if it wasn’t for the efforts of Jason Taira. Thank you, Jason.

  I have only the best things to say about Jason Taira from C2 Financial! This was my first time buying a house and Jason helped me through every single step of the process. I went through the process without a realtor and he helped fill in the gaps where the experience of a realtor was needed. I'm not sure the sale of the property would have ever gone through without Jason fighting for me and constantly emailing the required people to get the needed documents on time. I would highly, highly recommend using him for all your home buying needs!

  C2 Financial with the professional, streamlined, and efficient outstanding service from Gary Goldstein and his team was incredible. This was our 1st experience purchasing a home where the entire anticipated timeline of the whole process was handed to us at the beginning. C2 Financial hit every metric on the timeline within a day of expectectations. How amazing is that! Lori Jaeger was super helpful in processing all the paperwork. C2 financial also helped remind us of our expectations. It is so nice to have a partner in this process that we truly trusted focused on our best interests.   We worked with Laura throughout our home purchase. Laura was amazing. She was in constant communication with us and we always felt she had our best interests at heart.   I recently refinanced my Kailua home through C2 and the supremely capable Gary Goldstein. Gary knew every aspect of the Oahu housing market, and his predictions about the refinancing process were right on the money (pun intended). As a veteran I'm aware that there are companies out there that shy away from dealing with VA loans as being too difficult. Gary Goldstein was the perfect choice for me and my VA loan refi. He respected my Service, dealt compassionately with my many questions and concerns, and ensured that we got the best possible rate in the shortest amount of time. Gary did all the work, but I saved all the money, and continue to benefit from a lower monthly rate and much lower overall mortgage payment than if I had gone with anyone else. I would strongly recommend Gary Goldstein and C2 Hawaii to any Veteran out there who needs calm, capable, competent, compassionate help in navigating the Hawaii housing and finance markets.

  Tanny is absolutely wonderful to work with! As a first time home buyer, she explained the process very well, stayed on top of us regarding documents and deadlines, and facilitated meetings with co-signers on the mainland. I am impressed that she continues to stay in touch well after closing and truly seems to have our best interest at heart.
