  Jay is the absolute best! He is very easy to work with and is up front about everything. He did everything that he could to get us the best rate as well as giving us multiple options. He is excellent at communicating and is always willing to explain anything that we didn't understand or needed more clarification. When it comes to something as important as getting a loan for your home, he is the best to work with and does not pressure you in anyway. He is very thorough and detailed oriented. 10 out of 10 would work with again!

  If you’re looking for a home loan or refinance Mr. Jay Hoh is your man! Jay assisted me with a recent refinance for my home and it was the best experience I’ve had! My favorite part about working with Jay was the excellent communication and super low rates. Jay really took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted to accomplish. And boy did he deliver! On the day of my signing, Jay put together a short video presentation and walked me through every detail for very page for my closing. Sometimes those docs can be overwhelming and confusing, but Jay gave me clear descriptions for everything I was signing. Thank you Jay for all your hard work and making this process simple and seamless!

  Jay was the best loan officer I’ve worked with. He was very responsive and always on time, also keeping me updated at all times with the loan. He was also transparent in the refinance process and guided me every step of the way, he is very knowledgable. Every conversation we had, he always brought positive energy and made it so easy to work with him, being very attentive to my needs as a customer. He delivered in what I wanted in my refinance, I am a very happy customer of his. I will definitely be coming back for future loans and referring him to any family and friends!

  Jay Hoh made our refinance process the best experience. So many aspects of this process is foreign, difficult to understand and intimidating.   I highly recommend Jay to help with the loan process. He is knowledgable and meticulous as he was able to guide me through the process from finding the best rate, to locking in a rate, and to closing. Below is a list of what and how Jay helped. * Closed earlier than contract date, the whole process closed in less than 30 days (submitted to underwriting and received clear to close in 12 business days) * Got the appraisal waived, so didn't have to get and pay for an appraisal (about $700 savings) * Looked at other companies online and Jay was able to get the lowest interest rate * Jay was easy to get a hold of responsive to answer any questions * Jay went over all the loan documents before the signing date with the mobile notary

  Highly Recommended!!! I recently worked with Jay for my mortgage loan. I was amazed the with the time that Jay dedicated with us. This being our first home, i had a ton of questions! He took the time to answer all my concerns and made the process painless. I have a very busy schedule so it's hard to keep on top of all the deadlines, he was able to stay on top of the critical milestones, so that we were able to close on time.
