The bank itself is great! The workers (teller AND loan officer) are extremely RUDE for no reason. Not once did I get an attitude with them, just trying to understand how they are doing something and they have crazy attitude with me! I ended up going inside and the teller was sweet to a person in the drive thru. As long as you don’t try to understand what they are doing, they are nice. The minute you ask a question, defense mode attitude and shaking their hands in the air - it was definitely an experience that has me looking for a different bank…

My own experience with this place is sadly a bad one. My parents & I had accounts here for well over 5 years. But the real reason for this review is that one of the women that works there is very rude & not professional at all. I suggest they send her to a communication class.
