  I have worked with the folks at C&F two times now, and both times it has been a pleasure. I spoke with another lender from another organization for a refinance a year before I refinanced with Brad and it was not the same. The other guy seemed sleazy and wasn't helpful with questions I had. Brad was amazing. He even delayed leaving for vacation to make sure my closing went through without any problems. You don't find businesses like this much anymore, so when you do, you should stick with them. C&F is a great place to work with on your next mortgage.

  In working with a first time home buyer Lynn was wonderful. Lynn was able to explain the mortgage process in an excellent & effective way. She was on top of deadlines and communications, keeping everyone -- from her buyer clients, to the closing attorney, to the agents -- informed and prepared. Indeed, the process went smoothly because of her efforts. I will be sure to use her services again

  J and Teresa at C&F were so amazing!! Very knowledgeable and always quick to respond. They could not have made the process any easier for us! And they were ready to close a week before the closing date (3 weeks from starting the whole process). AMAZING!! Will definitely be using them again if we ever decide to move again.

  I've worked with Brad at C&F a handful of times. The financing game can be hard to understand for some people (like myself), but Brad breaks it down for you in order to have the best information so you can make the best decision for yourself. I've always had a great experience and will work with C&F again.
