  In the middle of the pandemic I was offered to by a house. I had no idea how, where to even begin. I called my close friend, her father is a realtor in TX. and MI. He connected with Clyde Montgomery with C&B Mortgage Solutions. Clyde is the most amazing person ever. He made the whole process of getting a mortgage very understandable. He informed me of every document that I will need in the 1st conversation. So I could get a jumpstart because the world was closed. So things were extremely slow then normal. He stayed on top of things when the seller was being difficult. He communicated with me when I feel like things were not moving. I felt nervous, anxious, and sad during this process. He stuck with me. The 1st time I met Clyde was a the signing of the paperwork. It was the most AMAZING MOMENT EVER. Me buying my 1st house ever he supported me every step of the way. I highly recommend C&B MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  I just closed out on my house this month thanks to Clyde and I have to say c&b mortgage solutions they really do help you & you do not have to have good credit. they will work with people that don’t have perfect credit I didn’t have good credit and they still got me approved and I got the house I wanted I was very happy at the end Clyde are a fair very nice honest man he went above and beyond for me he made sure I was going to get the house I wanted he was right by my side through the whole process and he kept telling me everything was going to be okay I really do appreciate him it was a pleasure working with him and I had learned so much doing the process and I have to say I will recommend c&b mortgage solutions to anyone that’s trying to buy a house they are great people.

  Clyde Montgomery was very unprofessional during a transaction. As a Realtor I work with lots of lender never have I ever worked with someone like him. If you need a mortgage there maybe a better person to get it done than this guy.

We close loans, which is probably why you still chose C&B after we declined to move forward with your last deal.   This was my first time working Clyde and I am very happy we met. He is very professional. He answers the phone in a timely manner. My biggest pet peeve is not getting a reply and this was never the case. Loan was on track just as he explained. I will be referring my clients over to this company. Thank you very much.

  Clyde is both unresponsive and unprofessional. Even when the work was out of his scope he refused to passed my file on to someone trustworthy who could help me through this process. Because of his lack of care and communication I lost a home I spent 6 months shopping for. Hours and hours on end wasted by his bad business. Numerous calls made my my behalf and no response until I called from a different number. Do yourself a favor and FIND A DIFFERENT LENDER!!! or be searching for alternatives at the last minute like me 😞

  Go ANYWHERE else for your mortgage! They gave me 2 separate closing dates along the way that they failed to get me to close on. They knew we were backed into a corner on the second closing date and tried to change the loan terms to a higher rate and down payment 3 days before our scheduled closing. We almost lost the home we were purchasing and had to renegotiate the deal and lost thousands of dollars in it due to C&B— honestly I’m not sure if they were negligent or just flat out lied. All I know is that they put us in a terrible situation where I now have sold our current home and have nowhere to live for 2 weeks during Covid with a 2 month old and 2 other children under 5.
