      Most of these reviews are from before when it was first merit, not Huntington. I've only been a few times to this location but the staff has been great. Very helpful and friendly

      Been using Huntington for years and other locations have been great. This one though, can't complain enough. Conviently located near my house but with the rudest staff I've ever seen.

      Just so glad they have one near me. Not so busy in and out. Drive right up maybe sit 5-10 minutes at most. People are very friendly and helpful. Warm welcoming.

      Started accounts here when this was a Citizens Bank. Nothing but problems since Citizens was bought out by First Merit. Unbelievable amounts of fees...most of which we weren't warned about when the bank changed hands so we received charges for a month or two until I saw it on a statement and could go into the bank. Big problems with online banking including many days where it just doesn't work - a call to customer service lets you know the website is "down" for inexplicable reasons. Moving our accounts ASAP. This comment does not reflect on the employees of the particular branch many of whom continued over from Citizens.

      The customer service there is horrible I've been there since I was 16 years old I am now 23 years old and this has been the worst experience as my first banking . The only person that has been doing an exceptional job and a great job is Miss Lisa I only go to her every time I go there .
