  I was recommended to this place by Billy over at CARSTAR in Liberty, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had hit a deer over Thanksgiving, and was thankfully only given a bashed headlight and a crushed fender for my trouble. When I got there, Todd was there to speak with me about what they could do, and the next Monday I was called by Brandon to discuss how much it would cost to repair. I had a very limited budget, and Brandon was very kind to try to work within that budget. He worked hard to get my car back to me by that Thursday and did an amazing job. I was so impressed with the work he was able to do with the budget he was given, and I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on a budget.

  The people at C.A.R.S. Inc. are the most caring and fair people i can imagine. They go way above and beyond to help not only their customers, but to their employees as well. I have the absolute pleasure saying I've not only been a customer, but that I've also worked for these wonderful people. They are the most generous people, stopping at nothing to helping a customer, let alone coworkers and family friends. If you want a great experience buying a used car or repairing your own, stop on in. I guarantee that if you do your part, they'll far exceed your expectations.

  Horrible place. They tried to charge me $7,000 for a very used non mint conditio 1998 acura that was only worth $1,800 in perfect condition. I paid them over $3,000 and they said if you return the vehicle we will give your down payment back. I paid the the 1,800 value plus over 1,500 for the piece of crap, the guy ignored me when I asked them to look at a problem when I got it which threw the fan into the radiator, and then after I return it in good condition they say oh yea you don't get any money back. So they got a free car and 1500 dollars or more out of me for a piece of junk 20 year old car. Do not go here at all people. They are ignorant people and a scam service to not pay for their vehicles.

  This is one of the best shops i have gone to, It was recommended to me by an old friend after she saw on facebook that someone had hit and run my car. I was in a huge predicament because im in the military and had to drive 17 hours just two days later because my vacation was over! It was a tricky situation no doubt, ford claimed it would cost me 300 for a new driver side mirror and they wouldnt do it for me before i left. Thank god for C.A.R.S of liberty. If it wasnt for them i wouldnt have been able to get my car street legal. Their price was incredibly reasonable also! They REPAIRED and replaced the parts for way cheaper than the dealer Im so impressed. You cant even tell someone hit my car. They even cleaned and buffed the area. Hands down a 10/10 experience and a must have reccomendation for someone with some car work!

  My daughter purchased a car here. They claim the are a Christian based company. They are liars. And cheaters. The owners wife tried to tell my daughter with me there how her very scandalous sales man was right. I had to tell her to back up off me move away from me and my child. We returned the car because it was a lease and we had it looked at by a reputable company they stated it was a death trap. We found out when the creepy sales man "John" called the shop gbat they had a tracker on the car that never disclosed and still didnt once confronted. When took the car back they filed a false claim with my daughter's insurances that she is having fight. Run from this place and never look back!

  Cars is an honest dealership. I have had nothing but quality service with the most helpful staf i have ever experianced before. They will help in any way and truly understand lifes hiccups and will offer you all the understanding and help to handle the situation. I will buy from them again and would highly recomend anyone to concider the dealer for their needs. Fits any budgit.

  If I could give them a half of a star I would and that's being generous! When I went and looked at a car in November of 2015 the sales men showed me a 2005 Chevy Cabolt. He told me that at the end of my payments the car would be mine. On my test drive I noticed the turn signals would turn on, but would not turn off. The salesmen said he'd order the part that week and would fix it no charger. Later that week they told me the part was in and to return my car to have it fix. My car was left on their property overnight so they'd be able to service it first thing. Finally at 2 pm the next day they called me and said they found "damage" on my car and wouldn't let me have it until I filed an insurance claim. My mom, sister, and I went to look at the car. They tried saying I had damaged the car on the front passenger side tire. There was nothing there... I even asked the women, who claimed to be the owners wife, that if I had hit something (which I hadn't) wouldn't it cause more damage than just that one little spot they were imagining. She admitted that yes indeed it would have caused more damage, had I actually hit something. They decided that they would write off the "damages" but next time they would not release my car if they found damage, until I filed an insurance claim AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE TURN SIGNALS! Fast forward to 03-09-16. My car was shaking and needed an alignment. I had a shop look at my car and told me that a lot of work, about $700 worth, needed to be done before it was safe to drive, and that they would never pass this car in inspection. I called CARS and told them I had my car in a shop (never told them where) and that the shop told me the car has needed these repairs since before I bought the car. Instead of helping me, the salesman started blaming me AND that shop. He hung up on me. Later the shop called me and said some creepy man called and told them that he wanted to come pick up the car, however, since I'm the one the shop had been talking/dealing with, they refused to allow the creepy man to pick it up without my consent. I was confused because I never told CARS whice shop my car was at, so how did they know which one to call? I called CARS and the same horrible salesman told me it was none of my business how they knew which shop my car was in, but that they wanted it back. It's is NOT listed anywhere in my contract that they had a tracker in my car, which is illegal if the purchaser is not made aware! So, I made sure my car was in the same condition they sold it to me in. I went in and returned the car 03-10-16. The owners "wife", the salemen, and some lady all verbally attacked my sister and I. I definitely will be contacting someone about this business & I hope they are shut down because all they do is steal money from hard working people! Update: Today, 03-10-16, I got an email from my insurance company sending their regards for my loss of my car... they only problem is, I never filed a claim, nor lost a car. I found out that they filed a FALSE report with my insurance company. RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY! I'm having to fight this. Not entirely sure how they got away with filing a FALSE claim, but I'm going to get to the bottom of it!

  What fantastic workmanship Sean did on my brand new 2015 Chevy Silverado truck! Woo-Hoo! There's nothing worse than having your garage door jump out at your right rear quarter panel and dent it pretty bad! Well he fixed it right up and seriously, for about 1/10 the price of other body shops in the Liberty area. Not to mention the wait to get it in was minimal and customer service top-notch! Highly recommended!!!

  These guys were amazing.! Someone rear ended me last week, and took off, and needless to say I got to decide weather my car was worth fixing. Well , though t's a 2004, it's the only car I have. My "Rav 4" drives good, and I plan to keep it for a bit longer. These guys were friendly, more than reasonably priced, and went over and beyond the call of duty. Going into a holiday weekend, well greatly appreciated! With a rental place 5 mins away. My "Rav" looks great, all the way down to the wheels! Sean, "thanks again", you and your staff were ALL great to deal with, and I really appreciate the excellent work.
