  Offered competitive rates and closed on time without any issues. Went with BWC Lending over online lender options (that offered slightly lower rates) for the peace of mind. It is great to have a team you can contact throughout the home buying and loan process. With how rapid the real estate market can be, it is important to have a responsive lender that can work with you and close on time! Would highly recommend to others

  My wife and I have worked with BWC Lending for the purchase of our second and third homes. Our only regret is not knowing of BWC Lending for the purchase of our first home. Chad and his team are world class. The whole process was completely stress free. For our last purchase our only worry was deciding what colors to paint our kitchen cabinets and spacious primary bedroom. Moving forward there is no other lending company I will ever work with besides BWC.

  This was my first time using Cory Mortgage w/ BWC but my third time buying a home under a VA loan. By far the most organized and streamlined operation I've experience. 12 business days during a crazy market and we were cleared to close! Couldn't recommend this shop more!
