  Rhett is SUPER DUPER!! He has helped me with my new home purchase as well as recently refinancing my home. I would never use anyone else but him. He goes above and beyond with each and every transaction. Knowing that I really hadnt the first clue what I was doing, he patiently walked me through everything...even being on the phone with me and my current mortgage company to make sure everything was done properly.   As a Real Estate Broker, I have dealt with many mortgage lenders. Rhett, by far, is one of the most professional and knowledgeable lenders. We applied for our loan on September 10th; had loan approval on September 17th and signed our closing papers on September 24th! His assistant, Asher, is outstanding! She was always available to answer my questions and made sure the loan process ran smoothly. When a friend came to me in a panic because their lender was not coming through, I encouraged her to see Rhett. He was able to see them that day. By the end of the appointment, he assured them they had a loan. Their loan was closed in ten days! I only want to work with the best! I highly recommend BUYorREFI, Rhett Laufenburger.
