  Took a Taurus 38 revolver here to sell and also it's Smith & Wesson retired police pistol m&p 40 want to explain the reason for selling the 40. Which was because it had the engraving of a police badge on it and the cops badge number so I was being mistaken constantly for a police officer I didn't want that I explained this to the cashier and he was extremely rude and said I was a liar. If you're going to do any business with the pawn shop do it with levs they'll treat you a lot better

  Decent pawn shop as far as inventory goes. I usually go there for FFL and every time I have to call and ask if my transfer is there because they never call me (the customer) once it's arrived like they are suppose to. Now it's Friday and I have to wait till Monday to pick up my transfer cause they didn't notify me once they got it :( I'm being nice by giving 2 and not 1 star.

  Came in on my lunch break. I purchased an Acer Win10 tabtop. It worked great for 2 years. Was dropped many times. Finally the charging port quit working, or the battery died. Not their fault, obviously. Was a very good price. I'll be back again. They are one of the best Pawn Shops in Ohio.

  I've been dealing with this pawnshop for a year or two and I got to say it doesn't even feel like one, it feels like when I go to a friend's house, they treat me with respect. I can't tell you how many people I've sent to the pawnshop on 5th. I pawned my gun and some other things and I asked for a reasonable price and they gave it to me, what people got to understand is when you go in be realistic about what you need not oh I'm pawning my ps1 for $150 then get mad when they cant do it.   Great shop and they treat the customer like gold. Hard to find any store that gives any sort of personal touch, so these guys are doing it right and price their merchandise very competitively. A+

  Very nice staff, knowledgeable, and funny! I stopped in after someone backed out last minute from buying my iPad from me. They took good care of me and quickly!

  I have had 3 opportunities to have business with the gentlemen at the 5th ave. location. They are all good guys and treated me well. Good deal on tv and firearms. They are also an FFL. Very fair and accommodating. Good selection of power tools. Will continue to deal with BHSH. Thank you

  I've been to a few places already to get a loan on my Glock. This by far was the most professional and courteous. I'm not an avid pawner but now I know where and who I can count on. Thanks so much

  Low balled me with the assumption that I will not return for my items. Meanwhile I clearly stated that I will be coming back. Just overall rude and laughed cause he felt I wouldn't get a better price elsewhere... And he was wrong.

  If customer has less that 50% of redemption rate, we assume that he/she will not return for the item. If you got a better price elsewhere, it is good for you, we always encourage our customer shop around to get best offer.

  I pawned my laptop here i wouldn't normally but I was in a bind I only asked for $60 for an acer laptop that I paid $180 for they told me they could only give me $20 because it was only worth $60, I forgot about it went back to get it and they were selling it for $400!!! I got it for my pawn ticket price but they were trying to make a $380 profit off of my laptop BEWARE!!!

  Hi Aurora Brown, You pickup your laptop 4 month after forfeiture date. You did not make any payments in 90 days pawn period as well. Looks like you have really bad memory, but still remember all details of 7 month old transaction :-) And we let you pick it up for pawn ticket price, did not charge a cent more.
