  Took 5 calls to get them to pick up the phone. The guy that picks up is very rude and not interested in doing his job.

  Diane was amazing to work with. Nothing but a positive can do attitude that was really assuring during the longer than expected time to close at no fault of Diane but just bad timing on my part and a difficult employer. I don't know what I would have done without with diligent hard work and guidance. Very responsive and communicative. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

  I was able to purchase my home with the help of Patti! As I am recently Self-Employed, no bank would touch me... Even with a large down payment! Patti was great and closed the loan in only a week! ~
