  I recently purchased my first business through Tim and VR Business Solutions. I was initially cautious because Tim was initially obtained by the seller of the business. Through my daily contacts with Tim, I realized that not only was he representing the seller of the business but he was also looking out for my best interests as well. Tim was actually interested in brokering a solid business deal not just for the seller but was also looking out for me as well.   We can’t say enough about Mr. Tim Bellon! Before selling our business, we interviewed several business brokers. We are so pleased we went with Mr. Bellon & VR Business Sales of South Tampa. Tim has great integrity and is extremely knowledgeable, professional & also just an all around “great guy”!   I recently sold my business through VR Business Sales of South Tampa. Tim Bellon was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I was told that it could take at least a year or two to sell a business like mine because of the size and other factors but Tim got it sold in 6 weeks. I was told by the buyer that one of the major factors in their decision of choosing my business to buy was that Tim had put together a very thorough business analysis and listing. They specifically mentioned that his listing far exceeded all others that they had looked into. I highly recommend him if you are considering selling your business.   We purchased a business through VR in April. Tim did a fantastic job. His knowledge of the process pushed the deal back on track when we or the seller took an unreasonable position. VR valued the business fairly up front, which was the primary reason the business was sold within a couple of months of listing it. Tim represented the state of the business accurately so there were no surprises during due diligence. VR did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use VR and Tim again in the future.
