  My spouse and I had the pleasure of working with Buddy when financing our first home. We were really nervous about the process especially since we were buying a home during the COVID-19 pandemic, but Buddy was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. We learned so much from him and are incredibly thankful for his help in setting us up for success beyond our expectations. He made sure we understood everything before signing a document and answered many of our questions, while also providing some helpful suggestions along the way. Buddy is extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy. We were also very impressed by Buddy’s work ethic and attention to detail.   I reached out to two other companies (who never got back to me) before someone referred me to Buddy. Buddy called me the first day he had my contact information and spent time explaining the whole refinance process. Buddy was also available whenever we had questions during the process.   Buddy is absolutely amazing at what he does! As a first time home buyer, a type A personality, and potential consumer during the COVID 19 pandemic, I was extremely nervous about jumping into this process! Buddy came highly recommended by my MIL and I'm so thankful we connected. Buddy is professional, kind, and very informative. He takes the time to answer your questions until you feel comfortable with the knowledge and understand the information. We never felt pressured or swayed.   Buddy Gobbell was extremely informative, responsive in helping us refinance our home. I obtained his contact information from a friend of ours who is a real estate agent. Mr. Gobbell came recommended from our trusted source, and for good reason. I had many conversations with Buddy regarding our situation, our needs and even the timing of recent events. He helped us through the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He was always personable and considerate in all of our interactions. Even when there were a few changes that occurred with our escrow account, towards the end of the process (which were completely outside of his control), he immediately responded to the situation and helped solve the problem. His attention to detail and perseverance are personality traits that you would want to "get the job done". Our experience with Buddy was that he not only was able to accomplish our refinance, he was a pleasure to work with, I learned many things from him, and he helped us with towards some future financial goals.
