  SolCosta Home Loans is very, very organized. They have a comprehensive grasp of what is required to get the best possible rate for the lowest possible loan. Fortunately, their staff are patient and encouraging and adaptive and supportive, and while the paperwork now is ginormous, you are able some how to get through it. I felt very thankful for my point person there and for the integrity and ability this office demonstrated when it came time to sign, and I had a great mortgage, one that would be very hard to beat ever!!
