  Brandon the branch manager has been amazing. I've been paying a 28 percent interest rate on my vehicle for four years. They helped me build my credit and treat you like family. No gimmics they truly care Thank you so much you and your team.

  Went there to get a cashiers check last week, waiting 10-15 minutes, printer wouldn’t work. The manager that was working wasn’t trying very hard to help me. Just had me wait, then told me to leave and come back a different day. If I was reviewing her, I would give a much lower rating. I was super disappointed. BUT I went back this week and Kendle who has only been there a short time I think, when the printer wasn’t working AGAIN she contacted IT within seconds, took charge and got the assistance needed to print my check! She went above and beyond and has earned this rating!! When I go in I will ask for her!! She’s got a great personality and is really diligent!!!! Made my day-I had rent that needed paid! Good job Kendle😃

  10/10 Highly Reccomend If you’re Looking for a more personal banking experience I highly recommend. I recently switched from a giant corporation of a bank to Buckeye State credit Union. I thought that opening all new accounts would be stressful, but everyone who works here made it a pleasant experience. They have a lot of great products including youth empowerment accounts, which allows children to learn how to manage their money. My children were all excited to be able to go in and open their own accounts. The most important thing for me, everyone I’ve met at the Canton branch is kind. My kids actually don’t mind running errands with me when I have to go in because as an added bonus they have popcorn and a little water bottles to wash it down. ✅ Multiple locations for convenience ✅ Online banking and Mobile banking ✅ Security of Funds ✅ Ease of use ✅ Family and Kid Friendly ✅ Great customer service ✅ Popcorn 🍿

  I love going into Buckeye CU in Canton, they’re always so friendly, reminds me of being back in Georgia. Nancy is always so helpful and sweet. I love they’re affiliated with my credit union in Georgia as well! I highly recommend establishing an account with Buckeye in Canton!

  Staff is so nice and friendly they explain everything to you. They have been so great with me I was scared of banks after a horrible experience with another bank. Buckeye credit union is the Best!!! The education part is like nothing I've ever seen❤

  I've been going to BSCU since my first job in 2000, originally because it was the bank my parents used. But I've continued to go here through the years as I've had nothing but positive experiences. They are all so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They talk you through everything and really try to get you the best outcome for what you need. And they remember you. It's a nice feeling that you don't get with other banks.

  The staff at Buckeye is phenomenal! They are always very nice and helpful for anything that I need. I am always greeted when I walk into the door and have never had a negative experience. I was able to consolidate multiple credit cards with Buckeye and now I am paying a lot less interest and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I consolidated right before Covid 19 and then I was off work for four months, and because I consolidated I was still able to make my monthly payment to Buckeye and keep everything up to date. I know that would not have been the case if I still had multiple credit cards payments each month. I recommend Buckeye to all of my family and friends!

  Buckeye State Credit Union was suggested to me while car shopping. I never looked into it. When I was ready to finance, I realized Buckeye State Credit Union was next door to my work. The Assistant Branch Manager Brandon was such a big help. He took the time to answer all of my questions and kept in touch while we were waiting to finalize paperwork. The employees were very friendly also. If you are looking to finance or refinance, call BSCU in Canton. Financial independence may be just a call away! A big thank you to BSCU!!!

  A painless hour spent inside this branch updating caregiver tasks. It was nice to see the training of new folks and a manager who never lost her cool no matter how busy the place became. Hey, Nancy ... thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

  A GREAT Credit Union!! Staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are giving you the best service that they can. When you call to schedule an appointment, they are sure to get you in quickly at a time that is convenient for you. Loans have great interest rates and the mobile app is easy to navigate to move money, make payments, etc. Highly recommend using them for banking and loan needs!
