  I have worked closely with Buchanan settlements for over a decade. They have always been on top of their game even through the shifting markets, staff changes and various other things that sometimes have an effect on businesses. They go above and beyond on trying to make the process as smooth as possible for all parties. They are very thorough on explaining everything on settlement day to the parties so that everyone leaves the closing table feeling aware, knowledgeable and excited about their transaction.
