  Great customer service and they all really cared about my situation. I had another local dealer change my oil only for my oil light to come on the next day. The team at Buchanan found out my filter was not replaced and the other guy left me with no oil. So glad i stopped at Buchanan for their friendly and professional help!

  Alex was very helpful in getting us in the car we wanted. He worked with us to get the price that we wanted to pay for the car. He was very friendly comfortable to work with. Over all the experience was very good. I am very happy with my new Chevrolet Trex. We will definitely be return customers to Buchanan Automotive and hope to work with Alex again in the future.

  Sales people are very helpful and do their best to get you a ride. But don't go by yourself because you might need someone to be on the loan with you. Or you better have at least 2500+your trade in. If it sounds to good to be true then it is. The ad says that they can get all loans approved. However there are strings attached.

  I enjoyed my experience at your dealership ( as much as you can for a large purchase). The sales lady was very helpful (I cannot remember her name) The only issue I had is the clean up on the vehicle was done quickly and not thorough, also the front license plate bracket wasn’t installed, it was left in the back seat and requires a rivet gun which I don’t own to install myself.

  Not happy with this place. Extremely disappointed. Wasted my gas and time. I called about a vehicle and they said yes come over. Got there and they said it wasn't ready. Tried to sell me something else. I said I was interested only in the one I came for. They took my name and number and said I would be the first one called when it was ready. I call today and guess what? Yep they sold it. Lost this customer!!!! Never again!!

  I had a great purchase experience at Buchanan Chevy! I found Buchanan in looking for a new truck and they seemed to have really great pricing. We drove out there and took a look at one of their in stock trucks. It was close but not exactly what I was looking for. Ryan R and the sales team were able to find exactly what I was looking for and work up a great price. A few days later they had the truck in stock and they were even able to deliver it to me at home saving taking a day off of work! Ryan, Brianna, Mike and Jayson worked hard for my business and I will go to Buchanan for my next vehicle.

  Over the past 10 years we have been buying and giving service to our cars out of town and for the first time we decided to visit Buchanan Automotive and check out their inventory. What a great exerience! The sales department was able to find the perfect vehicle to fit our family needs. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle.

  Very nice place to get a vehicle. Lyndsey met my wife and I outside as soon as we arrived. You definitely have to ask for Sean, he was a great guy to work with, he helped us in every way he possibly could. Buchanan's was fair with my trade in and did alot to come to a payment I could agree upon. I would certainly recommend them. (P.S. tell them I sent ya lol)

  Update July 2020. Just bought my 2nd truck in less than a year from Buchanan. Trinity and Alex were great. There is a reason they are so busy, great customer service and price. Trinity and Alex both managed multiple customers yet I always knew where we were in the process. Could not be happier with purchase. The sales experience couldnt have been better. Ryan did a great job of explaining everything in detail and made the purchase very easy.
