The co - owner is eligible for tax exemption in the city we live in and BSI has not processed the tax exemption to lower the taxes on our mortgage. Every time I call I get a different answer. One employee said they never received it after I talked to a different employee previously that said they did receive it. I sent the form by email back in august 2020 and its going on a new year. Smh I also have requested they fill out the joinder form in order for us to do pull a permit to do maintenance on the property and they have not completed the form. I will show up in person to see if I can get it resolved. Horrible mortgage company!!!!!!!!!! I hope I can refinance to get rid of them. Zero stars if it was an option.

If there was such a thing as 0 stars, I would give them that. My loan was transferred to BSI in Nov 2020. It is now April 2021. They still have not paid for my escrowed Insurance. I have called no less than 5 times a=to get this resolved and each time I am told someone will process it as "soon as possible" (like never). Meanwhile my insurance will cancel in 2 days. This is the WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER..Wish I could transfer my loan without having to refi.

I've been trying to get my property tax paid out of my escrow account for over a month now. Its past due, accumulating fees and interest. It's still not paid.....customer service keeps telling me the tac team is looking into it. I called about 7 times and they always tell me they will follow up, that hasn't happened yet.....sigh. I dont know what else to do to get it paid...

Beware of this company!! I'm not their customer, but somehow they got my identity and stole my money from the bank. My current mortgage company confirmed that they didn't sell or transfer my mortgage to them, while BSI couldn't find the reason why i was charged, rude customer service, so definitely a fraud here!!

Unfortunately I took out two commercial loans on rental real estate with two separate lenders, but both used BSI Financial as the loan servicer. BSI has managed to keep the money straight, but not much else. Website tried to force me to combine accounts under same username (Strike 1). Customer service was spotty, my initial call to them went poorly and an email to the president was simply deleted (Strike 2). The real issue came when they repeatedly tried to force-place very expensive insurance due to their inability to communicate internally. Resolution came only after reporting them to Consumer Protection Agency. Strike 3, bottom of the ninth, game over. Paid off one loan, working on paying off the next, just to get out from under BSI Financials' careless fat thumb.

BSI Financial is a truly evil company. Very unethical and rude. They will bully you and will hold you hostage a very first opportunity they get. If anyone is considering class action lawsuit agains BSI, I am sure you will get plenty of folks/investors who will join the cause.
