  Browning and Reagle is the best workers compensation insurance company and I highly recommend using them. Most often I deal with Ms. Mary Schultz who is ALWAYS on top of things and is extremely quick to provide top notch service, advise and guidance whenever I need it. I am truly grateful for all that she does and would give her 10 stars if Google allowed it. Thank you Ms. Schultz, I do appreciate all that you do.

  After 32 years with another Insurance company, I met with Dave Reagle. His evaluation of my needs was much more thorough than my current insurance company and their prices were 1/3 less for 100% better coverage. That's the money side of insurance. The personal side is that they actually care about my family and my business. I don't feel like just another number with them. Try them, I am positive you won't be sorry.

  I am very happy with the Browning Reagle agency. One thing I particularly like is the personal care. I used to use a large insurance company who used a computer to answer their phones. I don't like talking to computers. When I call Browning Reagle, I get a real person after just a couple of rings of the phone. And, the rates are great too. But anyone can promise or get rates, the personal service really puts them ahead for me.

  I have been an Erie customer with Browning Reagle Insurance for about 5 years, and this was my first homeowners claim with Erie. I have to say that Erie has my back! I had issues with my roof (wind and hail damage) and Erie stepped up to the plate and took care of me. After my initial call to Erie, I had an inspector on my roof within 2 days to evaluate the condition of the roof. The roof damage was approved, and the initial check was in my hands within two days for payment to the contractor that did the work! After the work was done to my satisfaction, the final check was issued. That's service! I could not have asked for a better company to work with! Thank you! Dan

  I have my business insurance through Browning Reagle Agency and they are very good people to deal with. I had to add a loss payee in the middle of the policy and went to their office. This request was handled quickly and accurately. They give me plenty of time on my renewals so I know what is coming up and in general are as helpful as possible. I highly recommend this insurance agency.

  A little more than one year ago we suffered extensive damage to our home when a very large tree fell striking a corner of the house. The Browning Reagle Agency responded quickly and with comforting knowledge. The claim was initiated without delay and I was completely informed of what was to happen and what I might expect in the way of procedures. In addition, the claim was followed by the agency until completed. In all my dealings with the agency staff I have found them to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. These words would be less than candid if I failed to mention that I am related to a principal of the firm.l

  Cost is important to me, and to most people, I expect. You offer great value and the customer service you provide is second to none. Talking with you, is like talking to a friend. :) You keep it friendly, make suggestions and really know your stuff. In all honesty, coming to Browning and working with you, Dana, has been an enormously positive experience for me, and for the friend I recommended you to.

  I've just started my own Lawn Care company, Green Spring Lawn Care, LLC and Kathleen Garth has been so helpful in helping me get a commercial auto, general liability, and equipment insurance policy. She's very quick to answer emails or any questions you may have. And their rates were lower than the other insurance companies in my area. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance policy!!

  Positive comments from family in Mt. Airy brought us to Browning Reagle when we questioned whether rates on our existing home/auto/umbrella policies were appropriate.
