  Brook is very knowledgeable about Mortgage Industry, she was able to get us the very best rates. We didn't have to worry, as all the I's were doted and all the T's were crossed.   Brooke was super helpful taking the time to meet with my wife and I to answer all of our questions regarding a refi for our home (which we initially purchased with Brook 8 yrs prior). Brook also gave us some other options to consider and also pointed out some things that could have cost us a lot of money. I really feel like Brook has our best interests in mind.

  Brook was wonderful throughout our whole experience. We started with great news and throughout were thrown curveballs that didn't seem to favor us well. Brook was always there to check in with us and keep us in the loop on where we stood with the process. In the end all worked out and we successfully refinanced or home. Brook is friendly and sincere about her clients. She is always striking to help and answer questions. I would highly recommend Brook and Cherry Creek Mortgage.
