  This was an amazing experience! Kate Weglarz from Brokers Real Estate helped me purchase my first property. Moving from New York into unknown lands was going to be a big leap into my future and along with big steps comes confusion and uncertainty. Kate abolished those emotions for me and made me feel really comfortable with the process and lead me down a path of success through purchasing the property of my dreams.   I am not usually one to write reviews, but want to share the exceptional experience I had with Brokers Real Estate. Roman and Sherry took me from offer to closing on the sale of a rental property that was purchased by tenants who had lived in the home for several years. There was a lot of emotion involved since I had really gotten to know the tenants. Sherry helped keep everything calm and businesslike. She was also masterful in dealing with the unique issues of long term renters that could have been detrimental to the appraisal price. Having a tenant buy the property seemed like it would have been simple and a sellers dream, but was much more complicated that I could have anticipated. I am thankful for the support and level of expertise I received from Brokers Real Estate and highly recommend their company.

  If Google would allow us to give Kate Weglarz 10 stars we would! Kate and Brokers Real Estate were true gems to work with. While in Bluffton vacationing, we called Brokers Real Estate and were put in touch with Kate who was kind enough to meet with us that same afternoon. Kate toured us around the area and provided invaluable knowledge about the various communities, giving us confidence as to where to hone in on our search. We communicated with Kate remotely from New York for several weeks afterward, during which time Kate showed us multiple homes virtually over Facetime. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions during each showing. Kate guided us with sound insight throughout our search and multiple offers, which we very much appreciated considering we were doing it remotely. Alas, Kate found us the perfect house and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Kate and Brokers Real Estate.

  We just completed purchasing a property in South Carolina with the Love Group as our buyer's agent. Scott Love was truly a pleasure to work with. Everything about the experience was easy and professional from start to finish. He showed us the home and several others in the area, helped with advice on the neighborhoods and suggestions on living there. He promptly communicated effectively with the seller's agent and resolved all concerns in a timely manner. With the offer accepted, he provided several local options for financing, home inspectors, closing attorneys, etc. Everything went smoothly right through the closing. Now we have a friend in the area and we plan to continue to rely on Scott and Maria with advice as needed and are grateful to have new friends.

  Roman was great to work with. He helped us with staging suggestions to make the home show best. Very knowledgeable about the market place. And is still offering advice to us in our new area, I would say to anyone to use him if you are looking to buy or sell your home
