His team's communication was very fast and thorough, making sure they covered every detail. They calmed any anxiety my wife and I had about purchasing a home - we felt incredibly well taken care of.   I am self-employed so I am used to the pain involved when purchasing a home. My wife and I just bought our ninth home. I cannot believe how smooth the process was using Nick and his company. I am used to being asked for tons of statements and documents and the process has always been excruciating especially for my wife since she is the one that always had to do everything! I cannot say enough to kind words about this company. So happy with them. Great team!

  We recently worked with Mike and Nick Kristoff on a construction loan for our home in Hilton Head Island. The Kristoff team was a recommendation from our bulder H2. Obtaining a construction loan was a new process for us. Mike and Nick was extremely responsive (worth repeating), extremely responsive to questions and providing guidance on the paperwork needed to approve our loan. I had to call Mike a couple of times during the process and he always got back to me quickly, even after 5:00pm. Our experience with the Kristoff team was very professional and helpful to successfully complete our construction loan. I would recommend using the Kristoff Team to help you with your loan needs.

  I worked with Mike and was very impressed. He was on top of the loan through the process. In addition, when my rate expired due to Title issue, he caught the same rate again 2 weeks later. Mike was always there to answer any questions and explain anything clearly. I would definitely recommend The Kristoff Team!!!
