  Andy Shelby and Broker House Lending were great to work with!! Andy definitely went above and beyond to help us become homeowners again. When things seemed to not be going our way, Andy kept us positive and reassured us that everything would be fine. He worked very hard to make this dream a reality for us.   We refinanced our VA loan at a lower rate and closed in just a few weeks. The closing was easy and the costs were better than all the competitors we shopped. The staff are easy to work with and explained everything during the process. If you have not refinanced your mortgage that is 4% or higher, do yourself a favor and give them a call right away. We are glad we did, you will too! Army Strong!

  It's always scary when your making a home purchase. John and his team made it seamless. AND the best part was that I had shopped around for a couple weeks on rates and Broker House Lending offered us and interest rate that was 1 Percent less than the other 3 places I called including our bank who we have banked with for 25 years.   I was a first time home buyer, a lot of people have told me it’s the worst process ever and very stressful. HOWEVER for me John and Broker house lending went above and beyond for anything we needed and was a EASY process! John was AMAZING! If anyone is needing mortgage assistance BHL is the place to go!! Great interest rates and will always be looking for the lowest possible. They stand by their statements and will always make your home buying experience as easy as possible!

  John and the staff at Broker House Lending are great! BHL was very professional, quick to respond to all our questions, accommodating to our schedule and an overall joy to work with. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had some last minute changes in funding our down payment, and John worked with us to make some quick adjustments to our mortgage in time for closing.   Broker House Lending has been a tremendous help for me on two occasions. They helped me purchase my second home several years ago and recently assisted with refinancing my home.
