  I never complete customer surveys but I just had to rate this incredible team. Where do I start? I first went with a known bank (First Federal Bank) and three days before closing, they notified me that we couldn't close and that we had to start the process from scratch!!! To make matters worse, they were charging me $9K in points without my acknowledgment or consent!! My Redfin realtor then recommeded I reach out to Brian and his team of experts. Wow! Talk about heroes!!! Brian and his team of superheroes closed my loan in 15 DAYS. YES, 15 DAYS!!! His team was supportive, informative, and accessible throughout the entire process. I tend to have a lot of questions and his team was amazing - namely Judy, my primary contact throughout the process. Thanks to them we closed and now have a place to live (our prior home had just sold). Don't look any further - if you want a knowledgeable team that will be accessible, fast, and thorough then these are your people for you. Don't get wooed by other banks or lenders. Brian and his team are the best in the industry. You will love working with them.

  Brian Lykins got me the best deal. Period. Beat everyone else by miles. He was personable, always friendly, and true to his word for every part of the transaction under his control. Spoke with me late into the evenings a couple of time explaining things I didn't understand. Buying a house is not an easy process, but going with Brian Lykins is an easy choice. PS, I am the most neurotic, pedantic, researching, question asking, note taking customer that could ever be a client of any broker/lender. Brian is the way to go. Go get 3 initial disclosure estimates from three separate places, and you'll see how well he does for you. Chase bank was, like, 10k more expensive. Huge props to Brian and his team at Swan Financial.

  Brian is very good with explaining details and aided us tremendously with navigating the refinance process. He talked me off the ledge a couple of times by providing concise explanations for items I needed assistance with. His attention to details is outstanding. Highly recommend him and Swan.
