  Wow! Easiest refinance I've ever done. From start to finish Marcus made this a seemingly easy process. He is extremely communicative, responds immediately and explains things in simple term. I was able to pull a great amount of money while only increasing my payment a few hundred. I'm grateful for him and highly recommend him. The gift I received was very unexpected and much appreciated. I have never received any type of gratitude gifts until now. Thank you!!

  Marcus is phenomenal!! As first time home buyers, we basically had no idea what we were doing, but Marcus took care of every step along the way and made sure we didn't miss a single detail.   This has been the only loan experience I've ever had that I would describe as easy and stress free. Marcus walked me through the process every step of the way, and answered all questions quickly and in terms I could understand. He also listened, understood and worked with my particular situation to work out a loan scenario I didn't think was possible. I will definitely be sending my family and friends his way from now on. Update: I came back to Marcus 2 years after my first loan with him and he once again worked magic to get me the optimal result. It was stress and hassle free again, and with rates rising fast he acted immediately to lock in the best rate and scenario for me and my family. I wouldn't think the loan process would de-stress the home buying process, but Marcus did it... he's an absolute expert and Ace at his job. Thanks again Marcus!

  Truly exceptional! Far exceeded my expectations. I was trying to get a refi with my previous mortgage company, but all I got was the runaround and poor service. During this time, someone recommended I contact Marcus. Thank goodness! He was able to get done in 2 1/2 wks what my previous company still couldn’t get done in over 60 days…and I got a better rate! Marcus is professional, his communication is spot on and he really cares about his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Marcus. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

  Wish, I would have used Marcus sooner. I was referred to Marcus and Nathan for my home refinancing processing. Marcus was always ahead of the game. He would call me within minutes of an email. Within 30 days I closed. I will be using Marcus and Nathan again for my next home. I have referred him to all my clients who are in need to refinance.
