  From start to finish Pitt Miller did a AWESOME job to making my dream a reality to be a home owner again!   After my husband passed away I wanted to make a move to make a fresh start and to be closer to where I work. I must say that Pitt Miller was of great help in making it work for me. I'm self employed and at the time semi-retired so establishing income etc. was somewhat challenging. But with Pitt's help it became reality. I'm very happy now and life is good!   We are first time home buyers, moving out of state with two toddlers. Pitt offered plenty of preemptive assurance and support. He helped us understand what to expect and therefore I was not caught off guard or alarmed when the underwriter asked for additional documents.   When I started looking for my first home, I was referred to Pitt through mutual business associates. It ended up being a fantastic decision and expereience. I was new to the home buying process, and Pitt was able to break down all of the language and procedures of buying a home, to where I could understand them. He has the heart of a teacher, and he didn't mind spending the time with me explaning next steps and key concepts. He guided me well, and always acted in my best interest--I appreciate the fact that he looked out for me. He even went out of his way to negotiate a few items with the seller, to ensure I was getting the best deal and outcome.
