  Went into the store location last week spoke with a woman who says she's the store manager she had dreadlocks in her hair her wide eyes were red as fire as if she was intoxicated. She was moving extremely slowly with my application it seemed as if she was irritated. I needed assistance with printing my stubs she said she didn't know how to help with their computer for customer use. When asked if there was someone else to assist she said NO angrily and asked if I wanted to continue or not I told her no I'll take my business else where. I was referred by my aunt to this place she said they would help. Unfortunately this woman wasn't in the helping mood. I'm glad I went to Sir finance on Michigan ave they were awesome and great customer service and assistance.

  When I first got a loan there was a really rude lady working there but when I went back the lady with the dreads was sooo much better!!! I felt like I knew her personally.
