  Brittany was very knowledgeable and helpful. Started out looking for a place to rent but soon determined with her help that buying was a better option. Communication was great and she was always prompt with following up and helpful in explaining some of the parts of the buying process that are not easy to understand. She also has stayed in communication after the home sale, which is really cool. You aren’t just another buyer or a sale with her. Highly recommended!

  Brittany has gone above and beyond over and over again since we met her. She always answers any text messages or emails right away and makes sure we understand the process. She made sure we found the house that we both love! She has never made us feel as though we were bothering her, even when texting her later in the evening or early in the morning. Not only has she been outstandingly professional, she has become a good friend, and we are looking forward to BBQs by our pool with her family!   Working with Brittany was the greatest experience. When I approached her about being my realtor she immediately helped me get together with a mortgage broker so that I was pre-approved and knew my range of what I could afford in my budget. This was very helpful. We discussed the areas where I would like to purchase and she divided them into categories on my flex mls so that I could see what was available in the areas I liked. When a listing came up that I was interested in she always promptly got back to me with any insight she had on the property When I found the home that I loved she was very helpful in the offering process and always had my best interest at heart. I loved working with Brittany and truly felt that her best interest was that I find a home that I love. There was never any pressure to purchase something fast The whole experience was great I would highly recommend working with Brittany because her goal is to see you purchase a home you love.
