  I cannot say enough positive things about the service of Britney, Megan and the local Incline Village State Farm office. After receiving a renewal notice from my current homeowner carrier reflecting a 75% increase in annual premium, I started shopping around for new coverage. I checked with about a dozen other carriers and some quoted as much as a 500% increase!! The local State Farm team was my last "Hail Mary" attempt to find a cost effective replacement and they delivered a game changer. A new policy with significantly better coverage combining multiple autos, homeowners and an umbrella policy all for less than the amount I was previously paying for homeowners insurance alone! Sadly, professional service at a good value with great customer orientation seems to be the exception rather than the rule but this team deserves to be recognized.

  I always assumed I was getting a good rate because we used to get a good rate years ago. When Britney opened up her office I decided to shop around. We switched from a major insurance company represented by an animated lizard and saved money while getting better coverage. Plus we get to help out a local business hiring locals. Win win win situation. We have home, car, and motorcycle insurance with her. I’m contemplating getting a boat and an RV so we can save even more on insurance! 😆

  Sarah Williams and the team went above and beyond to secure a homeowners policy with short term rental coverage. We could not get that elsewhere!! Sarah saved us a tremendous amount of money and we loved the service so much we switched all our policies to her office. Friendly ,efficient ,and responsive ! Just a great experience!

  Britney Bladel (who took over for Paul Nannini) has been very professional and responsive, and I am very pleased. I queried her to get a copy of my condo contents insurance policy, and premiums, and she responded immediately and correctly. You can't get more responsive than that.
