  I have been a customer of The Bank of Marion Bristol VA since 2011. I love this bank. I am hearing impaired and they have always gone above and beyond to help me with all of my financial needs. Anytime I have any issues what’s so ever they have been there to help me. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

  Bank of Marion is a JOKE. I’ve had them for a year and have had nothing but problems from them. The way that they process transactions is unprecedented. They keep trying to blame things on the way that I spend my money but When I’ve used my debit card with other financial institutions the SAME EXACT WAY, I would not have an issue. If you are someone that uses your debit card frequently, this is not the bank for you because they will screw you into the ground with their mediocre policies that don’t make any sense.

  We are trying to buy a home , and we were suppose to close march the 29th and the bank we were going threw dropped us two weeks before closing , we were devastated and didn't know what to do , and we called Beverly at the bank of marion, she was very helpful and has approved our loan , we are expecting to close very soon , we are so excited , and the good thing is , NO UNDERRIGHTERS we found out we were not approved at the other bank , we had to go threw two UNDERRIGHTERS , FALSE INFOREMATION !! And we lost alot of money in the process , thank you bank of marion for all your help ,

  We bought our first home through Bank of Marion, in Bristol VA through Bev Sharrett. We couldn’t of had a better experience. They helped us every step of the way. I highly suggest them to anyone, will definitely use them again.

  The staff at the local bristol office is amazing,and really go above and beyond on customer service and are always friendly and knowledgeable about banking needs...I personal bank with them for my bussiness and personal needs.

  $200 limit on atm transactions - with a 2.50 fee. Robbed me of $5 - had to do two transactions.

  Hi, Mr. Rogers. We’re sorry you are unhappy with the ATM fees you were charged. It sounds like you were using an ATM card that wasn’t issued by us or wasn’t in our ATM network. Most all banks charge a fee for ATM cash withdrawals with cards that are “out of network.” We would be happy to help you open a checking account with us and give you an ATM card to avoid such fees in the future. You can request an increased limit per transaction if you like. We’ll even give you a free gift when you open your account!
