  What good is a phone number if it automatically hangs up after about 15 seconds when you ask to speak to a representative? I have one of the representative's numbers too but she won't answer either.

  Been with ECU since the first of the year and everything has been great. Love their systems, apps, and employees. Got approved for an auto loan and everything took less than 30 minutes. No hassle. Can’t ask for anything more

  ECU is amazing. I started out with a mortgage for a house I bought, and was so impressed with the experience that I moved over my Wells Fargo bank accounts, and am now moving over my Wells Fargo credit card. Wells Fargo treated me like trash anytime I had to visit a branch for something, but ECU treats me like royalty even though I'm far from rich. Their website and app are also both years ahead of a lot of the big banks. Highly recommend these folks!

  People will tell you that Credit Unions are the best place to keep your money. Boy did I learn my lesson! Several unauthorized charges appeared on my card from out of state and Eastman refused to help me or credit it back to my account. They wanted me to get authorization from the company that charged my account even though the company told me I would have to contact my bank to reverse the charges. If you aren't a high profile customer with thousands of dollars in your account they will refuse to help you. Customer service is rude and my overall experience with ECU was extremely poor. I would much rather bank at a national bank.

  Moved to Bristol nearly 3 years ago and opened a checking and savings account there. Was so impressed I ended up refinancing my home for a lower interest rate. They were friendly and efficient. Returned a couple months later and did the same with my car. Best decision ever!

  Since I have started doing business with financial institutions, I have found greater joy doing business with credit unions than banks. When I moved to Bristol in 2015, I found Eastman. Why in the world would one go anywhere else? Superior job, ECU.

  Went in to close my checking account, i had gone into overdraft while i was travling for work and didnt like how i was charged overdraft fee AND insufficient funds on an auto debit. But hey what ever, my fault for forgetting to put more money in the account, and not knowing there would be $120 in fees. My reason for leaving a 2 star review was the fact that there was absolutely no save attempt. No explanation other than yeah those are fees. The couple after me got the same the treatment. Just click click, heres your money, bye. I was going to leave a savings account, just becuase i liked having a local bank, it was just so off putting i closed it aswell. I really think if i had gone to another branch, i would have just closed the checking account.

  We have our loans Tru them, the rates were much lower than the the Banks around here plus they have sick and accident. insurance

  Jay is the rudest person I have ever dealt with at ECU & I’ve been a member for 25 years. Definitely needs some training in customer service or find another job!

  This bank failed to process a cash deposit resulting in overdraft fees on my account. The management was completely unwilling to rectify the situation so I closed my account.
