  I cannot say enough about the commitment Bristol Morgan Bank and its President, Ryan Kamphuis, have to customers like myself. They have been nothing but responsive, helpful, and productive, working with my firm to address all financial concerns during the Covid-19 epidemic. Instead of throwing up problems or reasons why things can't get done, Ryan and his staff are helping and being proactive; and this is not for profit for the bank, it is for the long term benefit of the community and survival of small businesses. You have a customer for life, thank you!

  Worst banking experience ever. We almost lost the home we were purchasing because of misinformation from their loan officer who quit right before our closing date, leaving our loan a mess. After several delays on their end (and working with our THIRD loan officer), we received a call from someone in management not involved in our loan process accusing us of being the reason it was taking so long. We re-financed elsewhere, even though it cost us more in the end, just to have some confidence in the bank we were working with. Awful experience.
