  Mike and Erica were a pleasure to deal with for both our mortgage and the purchase of a new home. We had used Mike in the past for a refinance and that went very well. So when we were looking to buy a new home, they were the obvious choice We had an extremely tight time frame from the seller and they worked hard to get our loan approved and have the sale close on time. They're professional and very responsive and allowed us to get into the new house in about 30 days in a very competitive real estate market. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Bridgeway Mortgage Real Estate Service if you're buying or selling your home as well as the financing of the transaction.

Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and gives advice based on your interests not just trying to close a deal. With Mike being a licensed mortgage lender as well, he was able to assist a buyer with their financing which was a lifesaver!
