  I got in contact with Mike through my father, whose home Mike helped refinance a few years ago. He was very patient and accommodating to both my fiancee and I throughout the process of refinancing our house. My union was going through the process of negotiating salary guides, and I asked if we could hold off on officially starting the process until I had a better idea of what my paycheck was going to look like after the negotiations were concluded. Mike was very understanding and did not badger either of us in the interim time as so many sales people do. He was efficient and professional at every step of the way, responded to emails quickly and directly, and I would recommend him to anyone else who needs to refinance their house in the future.
