  If I could give more stars, I would! We have had a wonderful experience with Phenix Pride. We started with our vehicles. Then we decided to do a balance transfer to pay off a couple of student loans much faster. Because of how customer centered they were through those processes, we decided to open checking and savings as well! I’ve spent a long time paying bank fees and waiting on hold for someone to help me, but that changed when we moved to our local credit union. They were attentive from the beginning and appreciative of our business! Alli and Megan in the loans department were exceptional with their knowledge and customer service! My husband and I are at peace knowing our finances are with people in a business we can trust. Great job, Phenix Pride!

  I absolutely LOVE this bank! My parents, sister, and myself have been with them for a little over a year now and we just love them!!! They helped me get my car as well as consolidate 3 loans and a big bill into simple loan with 1 WAY smaller payment of under $60 biweekly instead of 4 different payments totaling nearly $200 biweekly! They have helped me with building my credit and having the things I need for my bed job! I LOVE them! The staff is AMAZING and they treat you like a best friend when you come in and not just another number for the bank. They’re friendly and helpful and never monotone or acting as if you’re just a bother in their daily work life. I recommend them to anybody and everybody that I get a chance!!! Definitely a great place to bank with!

  I had nothing but a terrible experience dealing with the employees at Phenix Pride bank! They are unprofessional, unorganized, and rude!!! I do not bank with them at all, but I needed to do business with them. They give people the run around instead of telling you upfront about things, they do not call back when they state they will, you will have to call them and if you’re lucky enough maybe they won’t hang up in your face like they done to us.. when I went through the drive thru of the bank I buzzed the bank to let them know I was outside, because clearly there was no one standing in their position to serve their customers, and one of the employees name Alice rudely stated “I can see you..” the whole encounter was extremely rude and uncomfortable! I will never do business with this so called bank again.. upper management needs to be involved and they need to re-educate their rude employees on customer service, because they lack any kind of professional service..

  I started out a little disappointed with Phenix Pride and wanted to take my personal banking elsewhere but I really feel as if they have redeemed themselves. I have enjoyed my banking experience with them thus far. I really feel no matter what your needs are personal banking, loans or just financial counseling their services are exceptional. I do believe this will be the bank of my choice to handle my financial needs and that's definitely what I needed. Thanks Phenix Pride a satisfied client.

  This Bank was a blessing to me. These are the most friendliest and helpful people you will ever meet. Never too busy to help a customer, I recommend this bank to everyone I know. I love going into a Bank where I'm known on a first name basis. 5 Stars

  I have been with the credit union for many years and have had Christmas Club, both personal and auto loans and checking and savings accounts. The ladies there are always helpful and pleasant. No complaints. I like the small town credit union atmosphere.

  Definitely don't value their customers! Completed a loan application what's about to be a week ago tomorrow. App wasn't submitted when I first called to complete it. No chain of communication was kept. I had to call to see if I was even approved. Completed the necessary documents only for the individual who received it to leave work early. I get paid in the next 24hrs so this was really a waste and I could've just used a loan company. Something I've been suggested not to do at least twice by PPFCU! People don't normally request a loan unless they actually need it. I've held my POSITIVE acct with them long enough to know it don't take this loan to process a loan request. It has always been approved and processed by the next business day. Even if it takes longer some type of communication should be kept. Jamie was very apologetic!

  Small yet a Great bank. I’ve been with PPFCU over 30 years with multiple banking experiences from checking, saving, personal loans, car loans, direct deposits, electronic payments, etc., A great bank keeping and staying in touch with modern techniques and updates. Great job

  I have been banking with Phenix Pride for almost a year now and I absolutely love it they have personal relationships with their customers so you don’t feel like it’s just another bank I put my trust into them n I wouldn’t want to bank with another credit union
