  Alex is truly a “one of a kind” mortgage lender! He is so responsive, answers all my questions before I even Have to ask them, provides me with tons of options and explains the benefits of each. He may have been working with 50 other clients at the same time, but he made us feel like we were his one and only priority from start to finish.   I highly recommend Alex Lane!! Alex has helped me to purchase two different homes over the last 3 years. He is very knowledgeable about all different types of loans and made sure that we were getting the best loan possible. Alex always went above & beyond to make sure these loans closed in a very timely manner. Even with my 1000 questions he was patient and took the time to answer them all.   Alex was honestly the best lender I could have asked for. This was my first time buying a home and being a single female he made it so smooth and easy! His communication was both via phone and email which was super helpful when time was a constraint or detailed explanations were necessary! He was so “real” when discussing harder topics and truly seemed to care about me as a person not just a customer!

  In our first meeting, Alex was able to answer all of our questions before we formally asked them - this was a first for us, and was a pleasant surprise. He's extremely knowledgeable and is willing to patiently explain the details of lending practices. Throughout the process, we always felt as though he truly shared a deep sense of our situation and was looking out for our best interests as his client. We were working with him from hundreds of miles away, but he worked with us to ensure the distance never slowed the process. Though we never requested he do so, he was always willing to stay up as late as it took to get everything possible done and prevent any potential delays in feedback to the seller so that we could remain most competitive. In the end, Alex was able to find us a great mortgage deal based on our individual needs and financial portfolio. Having worked with other mortgage lenders in the past, we think Alex is the absolute best in the business and we’d recommend him to anyone who wants to get into their next home!

  Buying a house is stressful...financing that purchase is often even more stressful...but that was not our experience at all—because of Alex Lane! Alex was professional and communicated throughout the process—so many times going above and beyond! We had such a great experience with the initial purchase of our home, that we returned to Alex without hesitation when the time came to refinance.
