  I have refinanced my current home several times, each previously with Rocket Mortgage. But this time, and, I expect, the last time I went with Brian Masterson at Bay Capital Mortgage. And, by far, this time was the best experience. Not only did I get a great low rate, but I got plenty of personal service that allowed me to get all my questions answered clearly and quickly, thus eliminating any and all of the types of anxiety I had experienced with my previous refinances. Brian also provided excellent financial advice that allowed me to minimize my costs and actually get back some very effective cash flow relief. His closing team at Bay Capital also did a great job - closing on time in about 30 minutes - no questions or surprises. I highly recommend Brian and Bay Capital Mortgage.

  I highly recommend Brian Masterson and Bay Capital Mortgage. I contacted Brian on 9/21/21 for a mortgage refinance and we were able to go to closing by 10/22/21. That was a really quick turnaround. My bank did not have competitive rates and my credit union estimated the refinance could take up to 75 days. Brian explained all of our options and was easy to reach for questions. As a result, we got the best rate and terms for the loan and got it done quickly! Brian and Emily were a pleasure to work with on the refinance and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
