  Wow! Very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail Michael and his team brought to the table. Through out the process Micheal was very informative, easy to get in contact with, and patient. Michael was not only looking out for our best interest in acquiring our first home but also making sure we will be comfortable in future endeavors with our new home. Micheal and his team were faced with a challenge to close a home in two in a half weeks. They were able too achieve this goal and get us and incredibly low interest rate at the same time.

  Mike DeHaut Jr. went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a mortgage company. We made several bids on several homes that were not accepted, and Mr. DeHaut never wavered. Each time we made an offer he treated it as if it were our first. Mr. DeHaut answered phone calls and emails 24 hours a day (I told him he needed to take a break, but he didn't!) and always treated us with respect. Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation is very fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.

  Mike was great. I called assuming I already had the best rate...Mike beat it...and in a time of high mortgage activity, he managed to push our refi through in 4 weeks - 2 weeks earlier than expected. Mike also proved he knows the theory and practice of the refi process (unlike certain large companies I spoke with). He was also incredibly prompt in responding to any communication, even returning a call while he had a few minutes at the weekend. Bottom line - I would work with Mike again in an instant
