  Brett is invaluable to anyone divorcing with mortgage needs. He's not just a mortgage broker - he's an advisor that guides you, gives tips, tricks, mistakes to avoid, etc. He coordinates with your attorney or mediator to guide them as division of assets are happening and provides suggested divorce decree language related to the mortgage needs. On top of it, he's a super great nice guy that is fun to be around.
