  Erik is the best!! I have had the opportunity to work with Erik Beach from Bremer Bank for some time now. To say that he has been an asset to our business is an understatement. Erik has helped our clients with timely responses in getting prequalifications, which has helped them attaining their homes when other lenders were not able too. His superior knowledge of loan programs helps our clients to choose the program that is best for them and not what is best for the bank. He walks our clients through the loan process from application to closing and when the closing occurs, he tries to show up to as many of them as possible. What we value in Erik’s business is that he genuinely cares for each client that comes his way. How they are treated and how they feel at closing is what truly matters in a lasting relationship and Erik’s been a great asset to us in leaving a lasting positive impression of Six Lakes Realty on their experience. Erik is over two hours away from us but his service he provides makes it feel like he is right here in our office. His availability is 24/7 and he even takes calls on holidays. Our business is better because of his dedication to his profession and those that he serves.

  Erik was awesome. Made the process of refinancing our home very easy. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Excellent communication and follow up even after the closing. Highly recommended!

  I stopped at the bank today. My little 4 cylinder car was no match for the snow in their parking lot. Luckily they helped me get out while in their suit and tie. Solid customer service. Would recommend.
