  The actual branches are great to work with. The people are always kind and helpful. The problem we have is with the call center. The call center is awful to deal with. They are extremely rude and incompetent. We usually have to contact previous branches we worked with to solve any issues that we have, or to even simply update our information. We have chosen to no longer do any new business with Altra because of how awful our experience has been.

  Molly Derrickson is by far the best loan officer my wife and I have ever dealt with in any financial institution. She has handled 4 vehicle loans for us in the last 12 months and would have had our mortgage if Altra FCU funded in Indiana. Everything she does is top notch and efficient, and as painless as can be. She rocks! I highly recommend this credit union and Molly for all financial needs.

  My son is 8 and is taking the Summer Cash Camp and he is going into day two and is thrilled! Altra brought more value to his savings account and our family. On top of it ...it was a Free Camp and that is extremely hard to find today! Great work for stepping up and showing the value of money to our kids and the community with a financial effective Camp of pure fun!

  Would not recommend banking or doing a loan with this company. I activated my auto-pay twice and the company disabled it so they could charge me late fees.

  This is Sylvia's husband,, not Sylvia. Worst banking experience ever! I cannot contact customer service as it will not give me the number to call them. They as for a name and I do not know any names to input. I cannot et logged in to the web page either. What the heck is going on?????

  Kylie Mason in the mortgage loan dept. was great to work with. She did a wonderful job for us when we bought our home. We will be using her again!!

  Terrible experience involving there insurance coverage requirements. I ended paying back dated insurance coverage at a ridiculous premium because of this organizations lack of communication. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

  Maybe you guys should have some other title. You can't see the (offices only) on phones. I wasted my time going here and didn't have time to go to an actual credit union. Thanks for the late fees altra.
