  Inconsistent customer service. I’ve called upwards of 6 times in the last two weeks to get a new credit card sent to me and it has been a hassle each call. What could have been solved the first call was only offered as an option by the last call when it was too late to work due to vacation plans. Seriously considering closing my account and banking elsewhere after multiple years of good standing.

  I recently had numerous loans refinanced through Altra. Kate Walz was great to work with! I've worked with several other banks and credit unions and was impressed at how efficient the whole process was here. They streamlined the entire process and answered any questions i had in a timely manner throughout the process. I would definately recommend them!

  Fantastic! I am a member at a different credit union. My CU and Altra are both in a group of CUs that interact. I have made several transactions through Altra and have always been very impressed with the level of surface and friendliness of the staff. Now that I have moved to the area, I am looking forward to opening an account at Altra.

  Awful customer service and communication skills, I will be paying off my credit card with Altra and closing it right after. Literally the worst credit union around, I will never do or recommend business with them.

  Always say prove yourself with consistent direct deposit and we will help you build you credit. 3 years of same deposits and they still wont help
