  This branch was extremely rude and not willing to help me at all. I love Bremer. But who they have working at the Woodbury location is very offputting and rude. I needed to deposit a check with my name on it into my account. They refused because my friends name was also on the check and he wasn't there. Even though he had signed the check! I ended up going to the South Saint Paul location. They helped me with no problem at all and a smile on their face. I do not recommend going to the Woodbury location. I got nothing but attitude and dirty looks right when I walked through the door. They are very unwelcoming.

  The branch manager went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome as a new customer! She was kind and caring and considered all of my needs. I look forward to future business with Bremmer Bank.

  I have worked with Mark Miron at Bremer for my original home purchase and the service was great. Since then I have refinanced with him twice, each time getting a better rate and lowering my payments without having to pay any closing cost. I highly recommend Mark Miron for your home loan needs.

  We do our business banking at Bremmer bank and the Woodbury team do such a wonderful job. They are always friendly, they know your name when you come in and they always make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend Bremmer Bank. They do a wonderful job! Brock

  I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them 0. If you're bank account information gets stolen, expect them to deny your claims because their service is awful. 75% of the time they don't know what they're talking about and make you wait forever to figure anything out. They have terrible customer service ever since last year when management changed. They've given me too much money several times now and just take the money out of my other accounts after they realize they messed up.
