  I came in to meet with a banker regarding my account and when I approached the teller she ask me what I wanted and I told her I needed to speak to a banker and she responded with "why" and I said "regarding my account ". She proceeded to call the banker and says "Natalie wants to talk to a banker, I don't know why" then gets off the phone abd says go talk to such and such banker he's over there.... I said where there are many cubicles over there she responded with "just go"... point of the story if you don't like working in customer service then don't but don't be rude to me! Needless to say I found the banker and closed my account because I don't deserve to be treated like that!!

  Opened an account online with BOM Harris and they promised a $500 bonus with $7500 direct deposit...We did that and after 3 months they say the promo failed to apply and we can't give you the bonus...Even called the Woodbury branch and no response! Just a scam these guys are at BMO in general! UPDATE: They take care of my promotion and fixed the issue with their online application bug!

  I recently opened up an account. I have exclusively been working with Cheryl, the Vice President and bank manager of this branch. She has been nothing short of amazing to work with. She has been overly helpful anytime I have a problem or an issue I've directly contacted her and she has helped me out.

  I’d give you a zero if I could. Its unacceptable that I cannot cash a check that was issued by your bank on a Saturday unless you can verify it by actually speaking with someone? Your bank issued the check, shouldn’t you be able to verify electronically? Then you impose a $10 fee?! I could go to Walmart and cash it for less and with better service and they aren’t even a bank.

  (Name is Alexis Bell) So I just went to BMO Harris Bank in Woodbury to pay for my car loan...as adults do. There was a mix up with my ID not matching the address on file, which is fine, BUT the cashier asked me not once, but TWICE if I had enough money to cover my car loan. Why would I walk in there if I had no money...and even if I didn’t, you address then when it’s an issue. I could have gone to get cash from my bank, but I didn’t want to see their faces again. DO NOT TALK DOWN TO ME BECAUSE I HAVE MELANIN IN MY SKIN.

  Poor customer service always get treated like a criminal in there if I bring cash in they ask why I have cash if I come in to cash a check they don’t wanna give cash back they want it deposited this is the Karen of banks

  Their drive-thru is not open until 5:30.. it closes at 4 pm on friday 😩

  Terrible staff since they do not have the same criteria for the same situation and instead of solving problems they make them bigger. So I close my accounts with them, if you can avoid them. INCOMPETENT
