  I can’t thank Jason, Aimee and Allison enough for all of their help and hard work throughout the process of purchasing my primary residence!   Jason came highly recommend through a friend. When we first met with Jason, we explained our financial and home needs and Jason quickly assured us that he will explore all options available. Jason was attentive throughout the whole process and quickly developed a plan and went over all the options with us. Once we found our home – Jason didn’t hesitate to start working. He and the team made it super simple in retrieving documents and uploading them with the loan center on our behalf. Jason and his team were always on top of things which made it a truly easy experience. He was always available day or night and cultivated a relationship with my realtor making all interactions pleasant. If something needed attention he took are of it or advised me through what needed to be done. We are now in our home and couldn’t be happier with the service along the way.

  Jason and his team at Brandywine Valley Mortgage were fantastic to work with through the whole mortgage process. We had issues develop late in the mortgage process (of not fault of theirs) and Jason made sure they were all taken care of and our mortgage was ready for our closing. They really were excellent to work with and always helpful and patient with explaining everything to me multiple times. Not to mention the low rates and closing costs.

  In the process of buying my first home, my original lender fell through. Although upset, I told my realtor I'd have to back out of the deal. Jason had helped another buyer of hers with a similar situation and she suggested I get in touch with him. Jason and I spoke that night on his personal time and he was able to get me approved with a great interest rate! Nothing in the process was delayed because he and his team worked efficiently to ensure everything went smoothly. I closed on my first house yesterday and it would not have been possible with Jason. I could never say enough good things about him. He went above and beyond simply being a mortgage broker.
