  My husband & I were first time homebuyers up against a time crunch. We had no idea what we were doing but Kurt & his team at Cross Country completed our entire transaction in 45 days with ease! They were always available to answer all our questions, even during non-business hours, and simplified everything so we understood what was needed. We had a few hiccups with inspections & delays but they were right there with resolutions & consistently assured us with each step we took the things we thought were deal breakers were not the end of the world. I could not have asked for a better experience or an easier group of people to work with! Thank you so much, Kurt!!

  I used Kurt Schwochow on Bradley’s team and he was amazing. One of the best lenders I have had the privilege of working with. I am an out of state investor with a 3 hour time difference between us and he was always available to answer any questions I had. Kurt broke down the process if there we things I didn’t have a firm grasp on. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you worked with another lender!

  After about 2 weeks of working with another lender and feeling dissatisfied my realtor put me in touch with Kurt with Cross Country. Being that this is my first home I had a TON of questions that I needed answer and Kurt, before I even commuted to getting my loan through them answered every question honestly and thoroughly. Along with that, our first conversation was on a Saturday, while I was out and about and he was patient through it all. Throughout the process he kept me up to date on what to expect and even warned me of potential hiccups. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kurt for your home buying needs.

  I worked with Kurt for over a year. He guided me on how to improve my credit score, and showed me how that would help me in my choice to refinance or sell my home. I paid off debt and did the things that he said, and it was like a whole New World opened up for me. I was able to get a much bigger home, a much nicer home and one that suited my family better while still paying the same mortgage amount each month because of the low mortgage rate I was able to get. Kurt had his eye on mortgage rates and changes. I wanted to refinance two years ago, which would’ve worked out great for him, but he encouraged me to wait as he knew rates would be lowering and to use that time for me to improve my credit. That kind of Guidance was literally life changing.

  Thank you CCMortgage. Especially Adam Penney!!! I'm a first time home owner, I was talking with other mortgage companies and was beginig to become frustrated. I felt like I was on the recieving end of a high pressure sales call. I answered a random number and after a couple minutes was put in contact with Adam, after talking with him I really felt more at ease about the whole process. He made sure I knew who would be contacting me, and what would need to be done with them. He would check in to make sure I was on track with the documents, and everything else I needed. Never in a rushing, over assertive way. I appreciated that more than anything! We closed on the date we were scheduled to close. He made what I thought was going to be a stressful situation, alot less stressful! So thank you Adam for everything!
