  Had a very successful visit at KeyBank Beachwood. I was cashing in very old US Saving bonds and Theresa Grisby handled the matter professionally and competently. The machinery did not like the old cardboard bonds and with patience and perseverance Ms. Grisby got the job done. Thank you !

  I get that there is snow on the ground today but that is not a reason for the bank to not open on time. I am standing at the door waiting to be let in and the manager informs me that it will open 20 minutes late because of the snow. We live in Ohio!! It snows in the winter!!! Bank tellers are waiting in the parking lot for the manager to open the doors! The manger just let people sit out in the snow. Poor customer service!

  This location has been very helpful as far as providing direct deposit forms typed, closing an account with a delay (leaving the office worker to process the closing days later without me but my permission), and teller service. I have not used ATM so unfortunately I cannot speak on that experience. However, this location is well run.

  Tried to open an account there. Made an appointment online. Showed up and the person they made the appointment with couldn't open the account. Left a message with the person who could open it to call me back, but they never called. Going to go with Huntington instead

  Received the worst service from a customer relations specialist at this location. I've been a key bank customer for years.
