  When we started our journey of purchasing a home, our realtor referred us to Brad. We are first time home buyers, and Brad made it so easy!! He communicated with us every step of the way. The mobile app made it super easy to upload all of our necessary documents, and sign electronically the things that needed to be signed along the way. We live in Minnesota, and Brad was able to get us into a home with an FHA loan for only $1,017 out of pocket with the Down Payment Assistance program!! We were able to close on our dream home in under 30 days because his whole team wirked so hard for us!! 10 out of 10 recommend using Brad Miller at Fairway for your home loan needs!!

  Brad helped us out with a VA loan. He did amazing work! He went above and beyond to make things work with our personal situation. I was totally impressed and would highly recommend Brad in need of a loan officer. Furthermore, I am an army veteran who was diagnosed with PTSD. Brads company donates to the American Warrior Initiative which helps veterans receive service dogs. This is such an amazing company for what they do for their customers and veterans included.
