  They really helped me a lot with loans, having my direct deposit a day early, and the 1 time someone fraudulently charged my account.... They got my money back to me. It was a waiting period and it sucked having to wait all that time unlike most places where they issue the credit right away. But other than that it was a fairly easy process in a time where I was at a high level of stress because of the situation at hand and staff was very nice and understanding.

  Asked for new card because mine was expiring at the end of the month. I went to buy a bottle of water the next day and my card declined. WELL this bank charged me $25 expedited fee, and overdrew my account, I never asked for it to be expedited, i didn't need it now. No one would help me with this at the bank, they said call the 800 number, even then, the 800 number that finally answered didn't speak English so she transferred me BACK to the main menu. I waited 2 hours, no way was I going to wait another 2 hours to be transferred again. I waited over an hour yesterday and they closed while I was on hold. I'm furious

  Don't know where people getting this location have rude teller's they nice in friendly. The Manager is a sweet heart. As far as a bank as a hold all locations can leave the ATM out when the bank close ( I heard Walmart can withdrawal and deposit no charge) Yes The NSF fees are ridiculous. The customer service line are no help.

  Any problem I have had they took care of with a smile on their faces. they try to keep the place looking bright and cheery but you can only do so much to a Walmart and They where 7 days a week but just started closing on Sundays and open till 6 PM

  I am a business owner. I was trying to deposit a check for one of my drivers. It was a temporary check. The bank teller said "we can't cash your check because it wasn't endorsef properly " I asked "why what was different" ( I had cashed written out checks before, normal, name , amount, written amount etc) she couldn't tell me. Supervisor stepped in after going arguing back and fourth with her as to why...and Supervisor said she needed my company name and address on the check. I was like why couldn't she just say that instead of having me have to leave then come back! Its stiid customer service! Ridiculous. Im glad supervisor was there.

  This bank is scamming me for $68 in NFS a week! They paid me back $260 in charges before I stopped using my account because of this problem continuing, they won't block the site that is frauding that account and won't close it until I pay the NFS fees. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer and have already went to the news and filed a BBB complaint.

  I was just in your bank at 36th Street and Thomas And have the most rude!!!! bank teller Alma Salazar branch managerFirst I stood in lineAnd the girls were just walking around putting up displaysSo I left and came backStill standing in a long lineShe told me where I need to stand talking to me like I'm a three year old childWhen I go to work today I'm going to tell anyone who listens of my experience in this BankWhat I have Thanksgiving dinner I'm going to tell anyone who listens of the experience I had in this bank she is rude and she's too comfortable in her job to talk to people like that.

  The manager at this location is very hostile and rude! I do or recommend you banking here at this location at least. The customer service representative was very attentive into explaining on why a check couldn’t it be deposited on my mother’s account and the “Manager” whatever her name is was so rude and disrespectful to me for no reason she hit the rep off interrupting our conversation and said so we are done here and you are not deposits the check. Embarrassing me In front of the entire line of people. I told her I was not talking to her and to mind her own business. I can’t believe how 1st cb has a person as rude as her running this branch. She is an embarrassment to your brand. I will make sure moms account is closed and open at a different bank.

  It's really dumb that I can't make a deposit through the ATM. Every other bank in Phoenix let's you do this. If the location is closed, the only other way to make a deposit is through Walmart's Money Services. And they charge a fee for making a deposit! It's ridiculous. I think I'm going to just stick with my credit union account and close this one. 🙄

  Terrible experience with them. I submitted all my documents to open up a business account with them. Didn’t hear from them for 4-5 months. I call to finally follow up just for them to tell me they have NOTHING on file for me! They had scanned my Drivers License, EIN papers, Articles of Operation and all, you mean to tell me all my documents just vanished? Most unprofessional situation I’ve ever encountered at a bank. Hire workers not socializers who forget to process a customer who decided to go to YOUR bank
